I Funny by James Patterson

Basic summary [includes spoilers :p] I Funny is about a kid named Jamie Grimm who is in a wheelchair. He wants to be a kid comedian and so he has entered a competition. This is a competition that continues on to the finals. Sincd Jamie lives on Long Island, he enters the competition for Long Island. Before the competiton, Jamie is still in school and lives with his uncle, aunt and cousins. All of them of which he calls "The Smileys". Not because the smile a lot, it's because they almost never smile. However, Jamie has Uncle Frankie who is a supportive character who helps Jamie along this adventure. Jamie also has friends Gaynor and Pierce and kind of crush Golda. Since there are 2 more books in the series its easy to assume that Jamie wins the long island competition, in which he does. Jamie wins and moves on to the state competition which is continued in the next book and blog. Short Review?: It's a very humorous book, with some funny jokes in there. Also the story of Jamie going through his everyday struggles like him beijg in a wheel chair and being bullied is really quite a deep one even though its a comedic book. James Patterson is a good author and he writes similar book with the theme of middle school. Rating: 8.5/10 I like it a lot good read

The Killables by Gemma Malley

Since on this blog I have posted about the two next books, I guess I should explain the first book. If you want to read the book don't read this, [SPOILER ALERT] Basic summary: A girl named Evie feels very trapped with evil thoughts. She lives in a city that had a system which would monitor it's citizens. This city was established after a big war. The system gave it's citizen tags from A-D. There is a secret behind the leader of the city. As well as what happened to citizens that were given a K tag (Killable). Soon Evie and Raffy escaped the city with the help of Raffy's brother, Lucas. They escape and soon outsiders find them and take them to their city where they live there now. Rating: 8/10 Intresting dystopian world. A few complex words that I didn't understand. Although it had a bad review on some websites, I think it was alright.

The System by Gemma Malley

Pretty good, I would rate it a 8/10. I made a blurb here: Evie and Raffy aren't safe, they have escaped the city but the still fear for their lives. They have only a stranger, Frankie, to help them. Will they finally escape the madness?
